June 18, 2011 During the first quarter of 2011, William Hawkins, of Hawkins Financial Service, provided the North Dakota Association of the Blind (NDAB) with invaluable information about investments. He personally joined in on several teleconference calls to both educate and advise our board members regarding mutual funds and how to conservatively invest NDAB assets. In addition; he continues to be a consultant to our non-profit organization and has served us well. William, thanks so much for your friendship and assistance in meeting our organization's mission!

Dear Mr. Hawkins: First giving honor to GOD and thanking him for you coming to our rescue. Our ( KNAWLS, INC. ) and Beatrice Bass. That is exactly what you did, you saved us. You asked how could you help. Little did I know that as you answered my cry for help with our IRS tax crisis, that I wouldn't have to worry about that any more . Because not only did you know what to do and how to do it and who to enlist to assist with the solution, you also knew how to communicate with the IRS agent. BUT, most of all you were professional, respectful , efficient, encouraging, positive, straightforward and trustful. Even though we are a small company with a large problem, you and the team you assembled treated us ( I believe ) just as professional as if we were a large financially strong company. I can never thank you and the team you assembled enough for what you have done and advised us to do. As we go forward with your continual advising and hands on help, we will stay in compliance, be current with reports and filings plus payments. I had been trying to get this IRS tax crisis resolved for seven years, working with tax lawyers, CPA's and former IRS agent turned tax payer advociate, without them coming close to a resolution; leaving the IRS thinking that I wasn't doing my best to get this done. Then you came and within months we are negotiating an agreement. I say we because you have always kept me included in every step and decision to be made, you made me feel like the important part of the team and never as a subject to be handled or mishandled nor unimportant. Thank you, thank you, thank you and may GOD continue to bless everything that you do in life and everyone who works with you. And thanks to Ms. Marilyn Parker for giving me your number and as she said "GOD has angles just waiting when you need them and when you least expect them, to lead your way". May GOD continue to bless her in all that she does. As KNAWLS continues to provide quality services to disabled children ( children with special needs ) and the elderly our load is much lighter.)
